YOU MUST FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO AVOID ERRORS

Drum Replacement - Brother Printers

1. Leave turned on for at least 10 minutes to allow fans to cool printer.

2. Open Front Cover

3. Take out Drum Unit and Toner

4. Push down Green lock and remove Toner

5. Push Toner into new Drum Unit firmly until it locks in place - Green Lock Lever lifts automatically when Toner is locked in place

6. Clean Corona Wire by sliding the green tab from right to left and vice versa several times. Tab should be left in home position on left side.

7. Replace Drum and Toner into printer. DO NOT CLOSE COVER!

1. With front cover open press and hold GO button for approx. 4 seconds until all lights come on. Once all lights come on release GO button. Close front cover.

2. If DRUM light stays on Open front cover and remove drum and toner, put drum and toner back in and repeat (A) above.

1. With front cover still open press CLEAR

2. To confirm you are installing a new drum press 1

3. When ACCEPTED shows close front cover
